Chris and Bruno turned up as arranged, put on their shoe protectors and then came in and had a look at the job. The quote came back, quickly and reasonable I felt. When it came to the job being done, Bruno arrived and again put on his shoe protectors and got on with the job. I found both guys really polite and professional, and have already found some others jobs that they are quoting for! Would definitely recommend and will certainly use again. Thank you

I believe a company should be judged by how they respond when there is a problem. I had two flood lights fixed by them which died 3 weeks later, when I asked them to come and fix them not only did they fail to acknowledge their poor workmanship but they charged me for another call out fee. They claim to give you a guarantee but when it comes to it it’s meaningless and it’s a hassle to get them to help you. In other words I paid these guys £300 for absolutely nothing. It’s a poorly run business with rubbish workmanship - if your like me and value good quality work, peace of mind i’d chose someone else.

it was the year 2015 when an electrician from this company picked me up as i was hitch-hiking across france. as far as i remember,this guy's name was jack and he was originally from jersey island? anyway,he was on his way to finish a summer house for a very famous author which he didn't name. anyways, jack was planning to get married later that year or the year after. cheers for the ride mate!

Absolutely amazing. Had a serious issue at my leased flat was there in 15 min made safe then fixed the very next day. So great recommended to my family who have also had a good experience

Wasted my time and poor customer service. Arranged a meeting and took time off work to meet the electrician in the morning. Electrician didn't appear and no contact from the company. I had to call them twice to see what was going on and then told they couldn't come today because they were all busy. Sorry, but its not good enough.
