Keith Stoneman5 StarAfter our garage door remote failed, I rang on the off chance on Saturday morning, and was pleasantly surprised that not only was the call answered, but fabulous customer service to talk me through how to identify which specific model of door we had, so we got the right key, and pointed me in the right direction for instructions how to activate the new remotes when they arrived. Even offered to send printed instructions with the remotes, but I declined this, as I located the manuals online. Order was placed over the phone on Saturday morning, remotes arrived on Tuesday, all set up and working in literally less than a minute. If only all companies were this helpful. As there was nothing compatible available, Kean was able to suggest an upgrade to a Liftmaster PR433-4 receiver & TX4UNIF remotes.
Fitted new receiver & paired remotes without issue.
I am satisfied that I will have no issues sourcing new remotes in the future.
Sales team were very quick to respond to my shipping query (to Ireland) and I received my package very promptly.
