Jozefina20075 StarI needed to have 2 extractor fans installed in the kitchen and bathroom. Sam responded straight away, and he came in very quickly to assess the job. Sam is very friendly and very competent in his job. He discussed with me what he will be doing, and he also worked with me to accommodate my wishes about the positions of the fans. He quickly provided a very reasonable quote, and he was able to complete the job promptly and as agreed. He has carried out the work to the highest professional level. The extractor fans are of excellent quality, and Sam fitted them very neatly. He was able to fit in the bathroom extraction fan over the tiles without breaking or cracking the tiles! I am extremely happy with the result. Thank you very much Sam!!! I have also noted that customer satisfaction is extremely important to Sam, and he takes great pride in carrying out his job to the highest standard. He is also very trustworthy and reliable. It is a minefield when trying to chose the right tradesperson but for once I knew Tom was the right one for me.
