Well what can I say the staff go above and beyond in the work they carry out. I have used the garage for my own personal vehicle over the past year and now get my place of work vehicles repairs and services done here also and couldn’t fault the work at all. Even sometimes at short notice they are always there to solve any problems. Please if your thinking of having any work done the I highly recommend going to Draycott

I was on a long journey from Portsmouth to Newcastle when my Sprinter Van lost power and went into limp mode on the A34. The AA were unable to fix the problem but fortunately got me booked in with Draycott Engineering who agreed to fit me in despite it being Friday afternoon and they were very busy. I limped my way over to them and the girl on reception was very friendly. They promptly hooked the van up to find the problem and ordered the new part straight away (an air flow meter had failed). Within a couple of hours they had the new part fitted, road tested the van and handed me the keys back (also throwing in a new air filter and topping up my washer fluid as it was low for free). They knew my situation and how desperate I was and could have easily ripped me off but they didn’t. The price was very reasonable, the service friendly and professional. If I lived nearer I would definitely be taking my van back there. Highly recommended.
