A M1 StarMy partner called their company for an ongoing problem which they were suppose to fix. Instead of being accommodating the women at the reception was rude, unempathetic and continued arguing. She pretended as if the electricians working for them are making a bridge on the road and its a big job in reality it is just an oven which needs fixing and is a small job. Very unprofessional ! She needs to go on a course for customer service , she isnt running a prison !!Thursday 3rd February 2022
