Ordered Retrotouch switches and sockets for our flat we are refurbishing. They are not cheap, but prices of these are unbeatable here.
Customer service is excellent, and they do answer phones (a lot of retailers are bad at it).
Jordan May who deals with Retrotouch products is superb.
A day before, Retrotouch missed Jordan's order email but yesterday when Jordan phoned them, the order was processed promptly and arrived today. Now waiting for the electrician to do the rest.

I have a Megaman Tono that developed a fault whilst still under warranty.
They convinced me to buy another replacement and that they would send a courier to collect mine.
They assured me that they would issue a refund upon receipt of the faulty item.
Guess what?
No courier arrived and they are now totally ignoring my emails.
I have spent several hundreds of ££££ with these clowns and not just a first time buyer for a £40 light.
The money is no longer an issue for me, I just hope nobody else receives shoddy service and disdain from Direct Trade Supplies.

Terry5 StarFound ceiling lights on line that we liked, but did a search and came up with Direct Trade Supplies offering the same lights £120 cheaper! Ordered two ceiling lights which arrived the day after my order had been confirmed. Put them up the next day - they look great, better than the picture on the website. Great service and at probably the lowest price. Will be ordering wall lights soon.Friday 25th September 2020
