I phoned Didcot Electrical Wholesalers because Companies that had completed work for us previously had obtained their supplies from them. I spoke to Clayton who treated me like one of their regular customers, he could not have been more helpful, obtaining items not in stock for the next day ready for collection. I shall be returning again soon with this level of service.

I bought the Lutec Security camera and spotlight. Because of the lockdown I thought you were closed. I have tried to phone but no answer. This security light has given me so much grief, it looses connection to the wifi so many times a day and night. It keeps asking me to reset, well the position is very high on an exterior wall I have to get a step ladder to press the reset button. I can provide photo's if required. I am 73 years young with Multiple Sclerosis and I have no one to do it for me. Its now been 4/5 months with constant trouble I think I qualify for a different model or a refund. The situation has now become critical and I would likesome immediate attention please.

I’d like to say it was an absolute pleasure to walk into the Didcot electrical store. Harry and Clayton went out of their way to help out with a small problem with a fitting. Wouldn’t take payment so I will be back to select some more fittings which I wish I’d got from them in the beginning. A very good selection of lighting and personal helpful service. Thank you.

I've not been able to find an electrician to fix my living room spot lights for *ages* and a very nice man in this shop explained how I could do it myself - result! I now have lights and it wasn't that difficult! Thank you! He also gave me the name of an electrician who could do it if I couldn't. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
