Dan did a couple of small repairs for me, and also a full electrical safety inspection, and I’ll certainly be asking him to do all my electrical work in the future  Dan completed a full re-wire on our home to a high standard. Overcame several obstacles along the way and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be using him again for electrical work around the house.  Dan installed a dusk to dawn light and a security light for my elderly Aunt He turned up on time as promised carried out the work and cleared up the little bit of mess. He was extremely punctual, did exactly what I wanted, Was very tidy and basically an absolute delight to find Someone who actually comes back to you, keeps in touch, does the work you require and doesn’t charge exorbitant prices. I cannot recommend him highly enough.  I can highly recommend Dan from DGC Electrical; I required an earth bonding from the fuse board to the gas meter. I contacted Dan on 10.08.19. He came to the house the following day, (Sunday), the quote for the work was reasonable. Dan was able to complete the work the same day. Very pleased with the work done.  DGC came and installed a new light and 8 sockets in my study. The work was completed quickly and to a really good standard much better than was expected. We left Dan with a set of keys and moved out to facilitate ease of working, and had complete trust in leaving him to the job. Thanks Daniel!  This was a more complicated job than originally seemed when I bought the doorbell but Daniel persisted with the various hurdles we came across when trying to get it to work the way I wanted. It’s amazing to finally find a good electrician who is helpful, friendly and doesn’t charge you the earth! I’ve already booked him in for some additional work I need doing later in the year. Only suggestion is get booked in with him ASAP, he gets very busy as all good electricians do!  Dan is very easy to get on with, is readily contactable and turns up on time. His work is very methodical and he keeps a clean site. In our case, he was confronted by complicatioms which he couldn't have foreseen.He discussed the issues with us and dealt with the problem expertly.The finished article was very professional. The work was done to an excellent standard and he left everything clean and tidy. I highly recommend Dan and will certainly be calling him again for any electrical jobs I may have.  We had 2 main bedroom lights not working, so he had to diagnose why that was and fix if possible. The fault was traced to some faulty wiring to a connector that was added by the contractor we hired to upgrade our bathroom. He showed me photographic evidence of the problem and also suggested making the wiring more safe by using a better connector, which we asked him to proceed with. In addition, one of our bedrooms had an old light switch to turn the main light on which he said he could also replace if we wanted to, which we agreed for him to do. All diagnosed and fixed in 1 hour  I was really pleased with Dan and the work he did. He was professional, friendly, reliable, courteous and respectful. He arrived when he said he was going to and phoned in advance to let me know the time. He did the job well with a positive and can do attitude, quite refreshing! He warned me of potential issues before starting the work (like the need to cut access holes in the wall), kept disruption to a minimum and left everything secure and safe at the end of the day.  Dan was great from start to finish, he was extremely knowledgeable and made some great recommendations when I was unsure. He was extremely polite, courteous, punctual and tidy. He consulted us throughout the job and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use Dan again and would highly recommend his services to family and friends. Great workman all round, nothing was too much trouble for him. The job took two days as my kitchen was being completely refitted so he had to come back when other work had been completed. Thanks for our new lights Dan they’re ace!

Dan did a great job installing an axial fan my kitchen, including cutting a new hole through the wall, and installing an in-line fan in the bathroom. He ensured a tidy finish on all aspects internally and externally, clearly explained how to use the fans and adjust the settings, etc, and he cleaned-up thoroughly too. I'd highly recommend Dan as an electrician!
