Jitka Elgendy1 StarDerek came over to discuss a job, but never provided a quote. I sent him three emails and called him once, but to no avail. So after waiting for a month I cancelled my request. He also made a rude remark while we were talking through the details - he just looked at me and said "you're a nightmare to work for, aren't you", just because I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted.
