Called him as soon as I found his number and within 2 hrs of the fault occurring the offending RCD had been replaced and power restored. Although the fusebox is an old model, he had a spare part back at base - which was fortunate. Reasonable call out charge as well. "What Our Customers Say"We have used the company on many occasions and wouldn't use anyone else. They are very thorough and don't cut corners, ever. Whatever they do it has to be 100%. They are very professional, reliable, courteous and a pleasure to have in your home. I have nicknamed Nathan and Lee "Ant and Dec". I'm not sure if they know that but they will now. Seriously, this company is a must for your address book. "What Our Customers Say"Andrew came to us on the 30th Jan. He was really friendly and professional, very prompt and sorted us out in no time. We've been let down by so many other no show electricians that finding Andrew was a breath of fresh air. We had a problem with the wiring for the bedroom light and we couldn't figure out what it was. Andrew sorted it out quickly. We'll definitely use his services again. Highly recommend.

Requested for quotation. The gentleman came in for visit. No explanation why he couldn't help us to fix the problem and just gave us a ridiculous excuse said they are very busy for days. We asked when is the availability. He couldn't answer. So, why arranged the visit to give us quotation if you are really super busy? Waste of our time!! Is it NO JOB TOO SMALL in your advertisement description? Not good at all!! I would give ZERO star if allowed.

Great service all round and value for money. Andy replaced x2 thermostats on my water tank and replaced a faulty break switch in my shower unit. He was able to come out the day after I contacted him and kept me updated with his availability whilst I waited for two bespoke parts to arrive. Fully explains all work he’s carried out and he also takes card payments and invoices to your email address.

I would 100% recommend Deakin Electrical. I woke with no power in my plug sockets. After an early morning phone call, Andrew fitted me in between his jobs, he was at my house by 12pm carrying out a process of elimination to find out where the problem came from. Andrew was very professional and thorough and got to the route of the problem quickly and got my electric back on, keeping me informed of the situation as he went round. Overall excellent service from Deakin Electrical.

Andrew recently completed a full rewire for me and my husband’s new house. He provided a high quality service and was incredibly reliable and easy to work with.
