D H2 StarDidn't fix problem & went away promising a follow up call to arrange another visit. This call came 2 months later. I informed them that thanks to their delay, I had got another electrician in to fix the problem. This didn't stop them then billing me for the vist; a problem not fixed & charged for parts they had not only not replaced, they didn't have to as it wasn't the cause of the problem.
It would be one star but the original electrician did make a dedicated if unsuccessful effort to fix the problem.Wednesday 2nd March 2022

The call was dealt with efficiently and professionally and the guys that came out (Jon and Phil) were knowledgeable and effected the repair efficiently.
