Have used them for over 5 years, more recently yesterday when they replaced my brake pads and discs and completed an MOT... would recommend to anyone ... have read a couple of 1 star reviews on here about communication... it works both ways people. If you haven't heard anything and are curious as to how things are going, call them!! Anyway, will recommend all day long

I always recommend DCB Autos. They are always very accommodating and the service is second to none. The videos that are sent regarding the work that has been carried out are a great idea as you know clearly what has been done. The lads are always so friendly too.

Will not use again, Following, on from the response it seemed only appropriate to respond in full to the points raised. Whilst we have used the garage over a period of time we have not used it in over 3 years following concerns about extra work being done. We only used dcb again as we needed a quick mot done and the garage we have been using could not fit it in for 10 days but dcb could fit in the next day. When driving to the garage the water bottle warning light came on, I ask the garage to just top up with a bit of water if there was insufficient to complete the test. We then received notification that the vehicle had passed the test and the charge was £45 (mot charge). My wife paid over the phone as we couldn't pick the car up before the close of business. You can imagine our surprise when the actual charge put through on our account was £49.20, greater than the amount detailed in their text message attached below At 8am the following morning my wife phoned to query why they put through a charge greater that the amount in their notification and secondly why they didn't do as asked, the only solution they offered at this point was to bring the vehicle in and they would remove the fluid and provide a refund, nice way to treat a customer of 10 years, imagine how they would treat a new customer!! They then phoned me and I explained what I had asked, rather than offering a solution at this point I was told I would need to speak to the person who booked it in. At this point I had had enough, and decided to bring it to an end, it was a mistake to go back to them, something we will not be foolish enough to do again.
