We're trying to understand the complexities of TV viewing as seventy year old crumbles. We're still watching simple satellite TV but are told it's all different now. Josh of Curry's was extraordinarily helpful and after his tutelage we are planning to return and move into this new age. No patronising, no techno waffle just old fashioned English and empathy. So... Brace yourselves Curry's, we're coming back with our credit card at the ready.

The chap inside was very helpful and sorry I didn't get his name. Quite a small store so although I was able to find the printer I wanted, I wasn't able to take it home with me. As I needed it immediately, he checked the surrounding stores and found one in Poole. I decided to drive to Poole....

Helpful friendly staff, though quite a few doing not very much, where we're the customers? I was served by a friendly soul who showed me what I wanted. Choice could be better, snappier. Come on Curries, time to beat online shopping and show us what you are made of. No customer should leave your store without buying something!

Went in to purchase a new laptop and printer. Waited 10 minutes to get served - not even an acknowledgement from the staff that were too busy chatting to themselves. If the staff can’t be bothered about their customers then I can’t be bothered to spend my money there!!

Very helpful staff when I went. Nothing was too much trouble. I find that I feel as if I am always an inconvenience to the staff in the bigger stores but this is a smaller store so the service feels and is in my experience a lot more personal.
