We are very happy with the work! Nathan and Kevin worked very well together. Couldn’t imagine anyone better to do that job. They make sure that all the work is sorted before they leave. If we need any assistance they are always on hand to help and respond very promptly. We feel so much safer with the security system now and feel more comfortable if we are ever out and about. We can see the footage on our smartphones which gives us peace of mind knowing we can see around our home whenever we are away. Nothing was too much to ask. A very well put together business. I would certainly advise friends and family to use your Cameras if they need great quality and reliable ones. Thank you again guys. 5 stars

Great value for money.Very easy to use and the ability to have remote assistance to get the best out of the equipment is a major advantage. Short version: Amazing camera quality, great communication and professional service. Very happy with the after-care too. Long version: I saw Connectrix on instagram and was blown away by the picture quality of the Hikvision Colorvu cameras they had installed elsewhere. We spoke to Nathan about our requirements and he was clearly very knowledgable, we agreed the right system for our house and he communicated well with us regarding ordering the cameras and as soon as they had arrived we agreed an install date and time. The man that came to install arrived on time and was very professional. He gave us an information sheet regarding the steps they were taking to be covid secure and he wore a mask while working so we were very happy to have him in the house despite the current climate. The work was completed in half a day with minimal disruption and the work was completed to a very high standard. Nathan turned up towards the end to configure all the cameras and set them up correctly, he showed us how to use the system which is linked to our tv and also a mobile app (no subscription needed). It was all explained well and any questions were answered. A few days later Nathan contacted us to let us know one of the cameras was offline there was an issue with some cameras not recording sound. he came round the same day, fixed the problem and arranged for the man that installed it to come round and replace a cable that had a fault on it. Very impressed with the quality of the cameras, the communication and the after-care, would highly recommend to anyone.
