Super super super!!! Rlly helpful and very quick when doing an MOT for me got my car back just that day. Understanding to explain to me what they did in basic form when I didn’t understand what was going on. Truly recommend

After reading all the positive reviews on here i thought id use Colin Heckfords garage for my MOT as it seemed good. I wish i had avoided it at all costs. Customer service was terrible and was never called back, my van failed its mot and had some repairs done and i done some basic repairs myself such as lights and wipers etc and when i went to collect it day after day when i was told it was going to be done it was never done and no one seemed to know it existed at the garage even though i was told it would be ready the next day which went on for a week!. It was the worst service i have ever received from a garage and was then also told when i went to pay the bill that they had fixed all the lights and charged me for it and i had all ready fixed them all as i spoke to colin and wrote a letter previous with the keys explaining they have been done and they still charged me for them!. Also jacked the car up on the sill seams and mashed them all up so will rust out now rather then jacking on the solid suspension arm mounting points on the subframes. Id avoid like the Plaque if you have any sense rather them listening to the previous comments.

Our Ford Transit camper van 🚐 broke down on the A303 about 8 miles from the garage on the way to catch a ferry to Spain, Colin recovered the van with a jump start & fitted a new alternator the same day . Much appreciated as the RAC took over 12 hours to attend & arrived the same time as the garage . Best service from a workshop I’ve had for ages Thanks Charlie
