From start to finish:
(1) Amazing communication - kept in touch during the week of the install process and even flagged that his installation vehicle was going in for MOT the day before.
(2) Turned up exactly on time, and was nothing but professional and courteous throughout.
(3) When the installation turned out to be more difficult than thought (owing to an unconventional heating system on our end) - Mark was quick come up with a creative and sensible solution, spending the necessary time to make it work and then ensure everything was tested prior to departure.
