Anne Kuhn5 StarCMS was contacted by my insurance for towing my car to the nearest dealer and they send Andy. My car had a completely flat battery and the central locking was disabled. Normally you can unlock a car with a mechanical key inside the key fob, but this has never worked for my car. A few days earlier the insurance sent someone else who was unable to do anything and said they can tow it in when I made an appointment at the dealer. So Andy arrived to tow my car in and I wished him luck. After a while he rang to say the car was up and running. Unbelievable. He refused to give up and found a way to charge the battery from underneath the car. (I was starting to consider knocking through the window like the unwilling auto locksmith suggested). Amazing Andy, thank you so much. And CMS, you are lucky to have someone with his qualities. Determined and brilliant.Friday 22nd October 2021
