Paul Hughes5 StarSo I seem to have decided, indirectly, to test many dealerships in the area. Coming from South Africa, now having so many mechanics nearby, its a strange thing for me - so here it goes. I used Clarks for a water pump, thermostat and cooling system flush. It was initiated by me as I am an engineer who knows that 80k miles requires some default changes for a car, unless you want a head gasket replacement cost. Emailed a couple companies and Clarks was the first to respond which implies efficiency. Quote was in line with other "Google" tests I had done. Man hours for changes and effort was also reasonable as I have done this myself in the past,. Car in and out was as planned and the response from the mechanic proved I was making a good call - he said the bearings were failing and the seals had started to weep. Seems like I am an all or nothing, but they get 5 stars from me. I think in life you are either happy or unhappy with service, so a digital outcome is not really an issue. I can say that the personal or soft experience was also one which would justify a high five.Wednesday 2nd February 2022
