Delivered a Christmas Miracle! When the heating element in our oven broke at 14:40 on Christmas Eve we thought we would be unable to cook Christmas dinner but we called Chapmans at 14:45 and they delivered us a new oven at 15:15! We do live very near the store but to be able to do that and fit us in as a last delivery on Christmas Eve on short notice was amazing. Luke answered the phone and was very patient and helpful. The delivery guys were also very helpful. The Bosch oven they delivered is excellent, was very easy to install and cheaper priced than John Lewis. A great local business. Thank you for rescuing our Christmas!

Chapman’s are the best. Had to have an electric hob fitted in place of a gas hob, so it needed hard wiring back to the circuit board. Glyn came on the same day to quote and was very professional and friendly. The price was amazing given the prices I had been given elsewhere. We agreed the job and the work was carried out a couple of days later by Sam. Excellent workmanship, it was done in half the time other electricians had stated, the wiring was hidden behind conduit even in the garage and the conduit was discreetly fitted along the door frame. Excellent job Sam, couldn’t be more pleased. I would highly recommend Chapman’s, don’t waste your time going elsewhere.

I phoned Lisa on reception to discuss washing machines.Lisa was very helpful and guided me through the various machines available and I settled for a Siemens washing machine with 5 year warranty. The machine was delivered next day by two very courteous engineers and we were up and running in a very short space of time. I felt very comfortable with the help and guidance from reception and the engineers and I would certainly look to do business with the Company again.

I needed a new TV. I had contacted other stores and not had a good experience, from the start the staff were friendly and helpful. I chose the product I wanted, over the phone as I am house bound, it was delivered, installed and the old one taken away in no time at all. The engineer was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use Chapman's again.
