My car was exhibiting all sorts of weird issues, door locks not unlocking, washer pump inoperative etc. etc. Mark diagnosed the problem as emanating from the body control module. He first sourced a replacement from the internet then returned to fit it and reprogram the keys. The car is now behaving perfectly. Throughout the whole process Mark has been professional, courteous and punctual also I must thank Ursula for guidance through an involved series of events. I would not hesitate to recommend Car Alarm & radio services to anyone having problems with the electrics on their car.

Might have been great but couldn't get through ever (think they went on holiday) and voice mail said contact via website and couldn't find any contact through website

My daughter's Ford Focus has one badly worn key and is starting to fail. I tried other locksmiths but wasted my time and money. I found Mark via YouTube and learned he was located just 20 miles from me. I spoke with Ursula, who helped me understand potential costs and outcomes, then booked an appointment. I met Mark, and we both followed COVID guidelines to be on the safe side. Mark showed professionalism, overcame all issues, and within the hour, I was on my way. I recommend Mark and Ursula without hesitation; things would be so much easier if all businesses applied such care and attention.
