I contacted Donna and actually visited the store in person in regard to a self build campervan projects for a full solar and electrical quotation. What a breath of fresh air to engage with a person who was confident, knowledgeable, who listened to the finite detail of our requests and patiently provided a comprehensive package to suit our need perfectly without being 'pushy' in anyway. We had an issue with a solar panel but after a couple of emails we had a replacement swap out and everything was back on track in only a few days!
