Instructed on my behalf by a lettings agent to complete an EICR. As remedial work was identified, I obtained a competitive quote for the equivalent work which was found to be almost 30% cheaper with an electrician we have known and trusted for many years. Upon completing these works, the trusted electrician found discrepancies in the initial report CRW completed, the worst example being a reading for something that would have been impossible to measure. Would not trust.
