I had been recommended Rich and CAR Automotive and I am thrilled with the level of service and value that I’ve received.
A service on the car picked up two tyres that would need replacing in time. Rich was friendly and advised when this would need to be done. When the time came to replace them it was so effortless booking in and having the job completed. Would highly recommend to family and friends. Vartic Ovidiu1 StarI really loved the garage, until last year. Until this moment I have never met someone at the level of these people. Last year he changed all arms in front suspension of my car, drive shaft, welded the car, changed alternator.... And my God how many bad surprises with that alternator. After some time I discovered one bolt was literally coming out from the passenger side lower arm: not tight at all. The front sway bar was not tight, it detached itself from the small arms damaging both bushings of the bar. He had done a cambelt job. Days after took the car back, it was loosing antifreeze. He has redone it again. To this day it still has the same issue. I took the car to him 2-3 times for the alternator. He did not connect it properly. Absolutely stupid to buy new battery and charger because of this.
Just now I took the car to different mechanic for some jobs. He discovered Craig had not put oil in the differential after changing drive shaft.
By far the worse experience possible. Thank God I have not crashed the car. People should stay away from these gentlemen. And I am not kidding.Thursday 26th August 2021
