I contacted this Company using their website contact form asking for a quote on a relatively small job. The website states "no job too small". I specifically requested they contact me whether or not they were interested as I have in the past had several firms not answering. They totally ignored me, even though they are based within a few minutes drive of my house and even though I actually saw their van in my road at one stage. I then contacted another firm, who quoted and did an excellent job within a few days. Burden Electrical is, as far as I'm concerned, totally unprofessional.
