I had an issue with the battery a while back and they advised over the phone before dispatching a technician to my home to resolve the issue. Took a donation only for their efforts - fantastic service and I thoroughly recommend for anyone who loves their car. They will too! Really pleased to find this Porsche specialist- they are very knowledgeable and went to a lot of trouble to explain what needed to be done. I was kept up to speed and consulted always beforehand if some unexpected parts were faulty and had to be subsequently replaced. Never seen a cleaner car when I picked it up too! Outstanding service! Had coilovers installed by the guys, Tom asked me how I wanted it to sit and gave me lots of advice, and its fair to say I got exactly that! the van feels and looks amazing! Thanks to Rob and Lisa for providing me my dream car, for what was relatively very well priced. I had an independent inspection from Porsche Inspections and they helped validate what a good standard the car was maintained to, which Lisa did say! Lisa and Rob were reasonable and fair in responding to all my request, and we had some pleasant chats with some helpful advice shared from their expertise. If you have a Porsche or are interested in a Porsche, I have the utmost confidence in recommending Brookspeed for all the services they provide (they provide a fair few).
