Earlier this week I was having issues with my circuit breaker tripping, which meant I couldn't heat some rooms because my flat's heating is entirely electric - terrible prospect during this cold weather. The morning after identifying the approximate problem I rang round electricians and fortunately Derek was available to visit that afternoon. After a couple of hours he identified the location of fault and fixed the damaged wiring. Since then everything seems to be working correctly. I found Derek to be very professional and he had all the necessary equipment and experience to resolve the issue quickly. The only minor - and I stress minor - criticism I have is that Derek did leave a small mess. To locate the problem he has to take plug facia away from the wall to test and this did cause a bit of localised debris. From my previous experience some electricians have cleaned up after themselves but Derek did not do this in every location he worked - he did do some. However, this is a minor quibble and I will certainly consider Derek in future if I require an electrician.
