Martin Benson1 StarArrived an hour late when we wanted to drop the car off and again when we wanted to collect it. Also left the car seat covered in mud as well as leaving muddy footprints on the sills and the mats. Didn't fix the fault. Offered to valet the car but only when I was at work 10 miles away.
