Bel Iknoun1 StarSteer clear of the sales department, car was defective from day one, service department trying their best to help, but sales very bad. my car is still at their garage for repairs for the same issue in 2 years. they forgot to register the warranty with the warranty company, service book not stamped and asked me to go to Gloucester to have it stamped, I phoned up to report a stiff clutch, the sales guy said you will get used to it, it is diesel cars for you instead of recalling the car for inspection. car broke down wit defective gearbox twice in the space of 2 years !! they are happy to charge for the repairs though !!Monday 18th October 2021

Roger Jones5 StarStarted looking around for something new down on the Bristol Road and Cole Avenue but then noticed a couple of vehicles over in Stroud. Sorted an appointment with Luke for that afternoon. He gave a good breakdown of how the finance plans worked and sorted us out for a test drive in a Mokka X that afternoon. A no brainer from there on. Shame that it took someone writing my old Honda off for this to happen but: 'Silver linings' I suppose'.Monday 27th September 2021
Bryan Sams5 StarWent there yesterday morning with a notice on dash to reinitialise the tyre pressure logo. I couldn't do it (78yr old) but a young man service manager or salesman could not have been more helpful. He cured the problem in a couple of minutes so well done to the young man.
