He offered me the use of a courtesy car immediately as it was due to rain and called various suppliers (whilst I waited) to source a part and keep the cost as low as was reasonably possible. He explained to me in detail the various options and fitted the new part as soon as the part arrived. I found Brendan’s service to be both professional and genuine.
