The customer service was brilliant. Luckily they had two tyres to fit on my car, having been let down by the tyre company round the corner. They got my car in immediately and worked on it within the hour. I found the receptionist guy very pleasant. The tyres were a little more expensive than I expected but the plus side was they had them to hand which was fantastic as I had travelled a bit of a distance to get them in the first place.

I phoned ATS Tiverton this morning to see if they could get in a very specific type of Michelin tyre to replace one that my dearly beloved had written off in a close encounter with a kerbstone. I was fully expecting to be told that they'd have to order it in and that it would take a day or two. But no! - they had one in stock and it was fitted that same afternoon. The experience at the garage itself was also excellent - a cheery welcome from the guys in reception and friendly and efficient fitters. All in all a very welcome change from some of the tyre merchants I've used in past. Thanks all.
