Andy B5 StarFirst time needing a garage in Ledbury, had a brake caliper binding. Alfa Tech looked pretty good so I gave them a ring, which was a smart move.
They fitted me in that afternoon for inspection, honest about work needed (I had a couple of garages try me before where I used to live but luckily I was a bit sharper than they were!), fixed it next morning and the cost was very reasonable, considerably less than likes of ATS or Kwik Fit. I had an emergency today where my car overheated and no other garage could fit me in, meaning I couldn’t make it in time for my shift in Nottingham (I’m a mental health nurse for NHS). However, Darren went out his way to fit my car in and get it fixed in record time so I could make my shift!! Am over the moon and you can now count me in as a future regular customer.
